Another favorite activity.... having a cook out with Grandma and Grandpa in the mountains.
What was the big attraction this year?
The twins finally being old enough to have and use pocket knives to help cut branches to roast the hotdogs and the marshmallows.
They were thrilled to use their new tools!
Nathan was mostly interested in playing with the picnic basket,
looking adorable,
and trying to get the marshmallows out to eat.
The after dinner entertainment.....

Nathan was more interested in sitting with Daddy,
and throwing rocks into the water.
Another special treat from the "outing"... finding wild raspberries. Boy are those delicious!
